This two-story house of laminated veneer lumber is situated 30 km north of St. Petersburg. Placing the house on the territory dictated by customer requirements, location of the world, as well as the location of the site relative to existing infrastructure.
Left on the site is the main house with a spacious living room, open kitchen and dining area, a small guest room and a laundry on the first floor, master bedroom and two bedrooms for the children on the second. On the right is an outbuilding, which is a buffer between the highway and the section, it will not only protect the yard from prying eyes, but also serves as a ” noise barrier “. Inside household: Building a sauna with a relaxation room, a workshop, a storage room, as well as a garage for two cars. The relaxation room is the dining room of the main house, there is an exit to the open terrace with a plunge pool and barbecue area.
Designing the house was carried out on the basis of the principle of ” form follows function “. That is why the interior design was developed in parallel with the architecture of the house.
